Fall Off A Building Getting Started

You do not need a tutorial NPC. Fall Off A Building drops you on a city roof and trusts you to walk off it. This guide is the missing first hour: what to click, what to ignore, and which free rewards you should claim before anyone sells you wings.

The live title is Fall Off A Building. Older videos, the You Played JOAB! badge, and many search results still say Jump Off A Building. Same place ID 8416249767, same group, same ragdoll. If a friend sends the old link, you are in the right lobby.

Minute one: spawn and ragdoll

1. Open the official experience.
2. Wait for the HUD. Left side: shop, settings, social, Codes, Buy Time. Right side: People / Time board.
3. On PC, press R to ragdoll. On mobile, use the on-screen ragdoll toggle. Full input list: controls.
4. Walk to a clear edge and step off. You flop. You do not “die.” Stand up and do it again.

That roof jump awards Fell From Building for most accounts. If it does not pop, jump from a higher ledge, not a two-stud curb. Badge details sit on the badge list.

Minute two: take the free rewards

Redeem FREE2000TIME in the Codes box. That is 2,000 Time, the score on the board. Steps: how to redeem codes. Status: codes hub.

Then join Adaks’s Developments (group 13579498). The description promises a free Push Tool. Rejoin the server after you join the group or the tool will not appear. Walkthrough: Push Tool. The old “Push Access” gamepass is discontinued because the group perk replaced it.

Minute five: learn the HUD without buying anything

• Buy Time — instant Robux for Time. Skip it on day one.
• Time counter (bottom left) — your score. See Time points.
• Leaderboard (right) — other people in this 20-player server.
• Shop / gamepasses — wings, coils, guns, admin. Ranked later on the gamepass tier list.

You can play the entire sandbox with zero Robux. Passes are toys. The tools ranking exists so you do not impulse-buy a teddy bear before you have seen the moon.

First exploration loop

After two roof jumps:

1. Ride or drop to the ground floor. Enter the store for Visited Store.
2. Walk into any house for Welcome Home.
3. Find the leaderboard teleport and visit the moon for Fell From Moon.
4. Find the plane for Fell From Plane.
5. Back on the roof, take the stairs and the left vent for You Vented.

All of those locations are written out with extra landmarks on map secrets. Do not pay for Quick Teleport until you have walked the loop once; the pass is convenient, not required.

What the game is (and is not)

It is a physics sim hangout released 31 December 2021 by Adaks, published under Adaks’s Developments. Servers hold 20 players. Voice chat is not supported. The avatar type morphs to R15. Tracker sites show tens of millions of visits and an average session under ten minutes — people pop in, ragdoll, leave. You can stay longer. Nothing punishes you for hanging out.

It is not Climb and Jump Tower, not Fall From A Cliff, and not the 2018 joke simulator with a different badge list. Codes and scripts from those games do not apply.

A sane first-hour order

1. Ragdoll off the roof.
2. Redeem the code.
3. Join the group, rejoin, equip Push Tool.
4. Store, house, vent.
5. Moon and plane if you still have time.
6. Open the falling animations menu and pick something ridiculous for the next clip.

If the physics feel floaty or a vehicle hovers, check the changelog — Adaks has shipped animation and vehicle fixes in recent updates. Then jump again. That is the whole beginner loop.
