Rolimon-style dumps put the win rate at 0.0% with a few thousand awards across more than thirty million visits. That is luck, not a parkour. This page is the honest version so you do not buy a “meet Adaks” listing or sit in a fake VIP server.

Creator: Adaks, group Adaks’s Developments. Place 8416249767, universe 3219620210. The join badge is You Played JOAB! — that one is automatic. Owner is the opposite. Read the full badge list for the other six location badges; they are walks. This one is a lottery.

What actually triggers it

You must be in a live public server whose player list includes the owner account. Resetting on the roof does not help. Buying VIP does not help. Admin Access and Mega Admin do not summon Adaks. The Push Tool does not ping the developer. Time on the board does not matter.

The universe flag createVipServersAllowed is false. You cannot rent an empty instance and wait in style. Everyone farms this badge in the same 20-player matchmaker as the rest of the hangout. If a YouTube thumbnail promises a private meet, it is a different game or a lie.

When it pops, you get the badge. There is no extra cutscene. There is no guaranteed shout. Be polite; the owner is playing a physics joke, not running a concert. Do not spam “badge pls” in chat. That is how you get launched off the roof with the animated Push Tool.

Why the rarity looks “impossible”

Roblox labels ultra-low win rates as Impossible even when the badge is still awarding. A few thousand owners-met across tens of millions of visits is consistent with a developer who hops in, ragdolls, and leaves. Peak CCU on 29 August 2026 climbed into the thousands during a patch day; more populated servers slightly raise the odds that one of those players is Adaks, but they also fill 19/20 slots with strangers. Do not treat a surge as a guaranteed meet.

Servers are 20 players. If you see a nametag that looks like Adaks, check the actual user, not a lookalike display name. Impersonators exist on hangout games. The badge fires from the real owner presence, not from a copycat in a black fedora.

What will not get you the badge

• Robux. No pass is “Meet Owner.” Teddy Bear (18) will not do it. Rainbow Trail will not do it.
• Codes. FREE2000TIME is Time, and it may already have fallen out of the live description. It is not an owner ticket.
• Scripts. A fly or admin script that spoofs nametags is an account risk. See the scripts hub. Fake owner tags do not grant official badges.
• Copy places. Fall Off A Building Animation and 2018 simulators have different badge IDs. Confirm 8416249767.
• Group rank. Joining Adaks’s Developments gives the free Push Tool, not this badge. You can be in the group for years and never share a server.

A practical way to hunt (still luck)

1. Play on the official place during hours when the developer is likely online (patch days are better than 4 a.m. in empty servers). The universe updated 29 August 2026 — patch windows are when owners test falling animations and push juice.
2. Stay in a full 20-player server long enough that the player list can change. Hopping every ten seconds resets your odds and wastes Time.
3. Do the easy badges while you wait: roof jump, store, houses, maybe moon via map secrets. Idle is fine; the hangout is idle-friendly.
4. If someone claims “owner is in the Time Room,” walk there. Do not pay them Robux to “hold a slot.”
5. Stop if the hunt is making the game feel like a job. The other seven badges are enough of a collection.

Scams that use this badge as bait

Search results for “meet the owner Fall Off A Building” attract third-party sites that want logins. This wiki never asks for your Roblox password. Official presence is the Roblox place and the group page on official links. Anything that wants a Discord nitro, a Google form, or a “verification script” is hostile.

If a player in-game sells “owner server links,” they are selling public matchmaking you already have for free. Report and ignore. If a pass reseller lists “Owner Meet” next to discontinued Push Access, close the tab.

After you have it

The badge sits in your inventory with the JOAB name flavour — the experience used to title itself Jump Off A Building. The live title is Fall Off A Building. Same owner. Same place.
